Shipping & Delivery Policy

NM Crumbs operates on a pre-order basis. All orders are made to order and customers must select an available delivery date before checkout.

Pre-order notice
Please place standard orders at least 7 days in advance. Available delivery dates shown during checkout already take this preparation time into account.

Delivery fees
Woodlands area: $10
Other areas in Singapore: $15

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered.

Delivery dates
Customers must select an available delivery date before completing their order. Dates may become unavailable once order capacity has been reached.

Unavailable dates
NM Crumbs may block certain dates when we are fully booked or unavailable. If a date is not shown as available, please select another date.

Bulk and event orders
For birthdays, weddings, events or larger quantities, please contact NM Crumbs on WhatsApp at +65 9816 1535 at least 2–3 weeks in advance so we can confirm availability.
